Daniel Richter " Jesus Be The Centre"

Canadian Christian pop artist and worship leader Daniel Richter has released his new single, Jesus Be The Centre, a soaring, gospel leaning Christian gospel track that blends emotional vulnerability with a bold declaration of faith. Built around a choir driven atmosphere and an anthemic chorus, the song captures a deeply personal prayer, asking Jesus to steady the storm within, bring peace, and remain central in every season of life.

With lyrics that move from pleading to confidence, Jesus Be The Centre offers a worship forward experience designed for both personal reflection and corporate worship moments. It carries a contemporary worship sound while staying grounded in a simple, direct message, surrender, devotion, and the hope of spiritual renewal.

Jesus Be The Centre is the song I wrote when I needed to stop striving and come back to what actually matters,” says Richter. “It’s a reminder to me, and hopefully to anyone listening, that peace is found when Jesus is at the centre, not on the sidelines.”

Richter’s recent Christian releases have already earned strong traction in Canada. His debut single Light That Shines  received an overwhelmingly positive response from Canadian Christian radio, spending four consecutive weeks in the Top 5 on the CCRC CANCON chart, peaking at #2 CANCON, and breaking into the Top 30 at #26 on the CCRC overall airplay chart. His follow up single Dear God continued building momentum, expanding his presence across the format as stations added the track and began increasing familiarity with his story and sound.

Formerly the frontman of Eleven Past One, signed to Warner Music Canada, Richter is known for the gold certified hit The World Is Ours. Now, he is focused on creating faith filled music rooted in hope, healing, and transformation, drawing on years of mainstream stage experience while stepping fully into his calling as a Christian artist and worship leader from the Toronto area.
